A useful dispensary staff meeting agenda

A staff meeting earns its time when everyone leaves knowing what changed, what still needs a decision, and who owns the next action. A short agenda makes that outcome repeatable.
Collect items from the dispensary shift schedule handoff, the exception log, and questions that need a manager decision. Label each item as an update, decision, or action. Send the list early enough for attendees to bring the right source record. Add unresolved inbox items from the customer inbox escalation matrix when they need a policy decision.
Start with safety and compliance-sensitive matters, then review customer or inventory exceptions, staffing coverage, upcoming changes, and process improvements. Keep announcements separate from discussion so a routine update does not consume the decision time.
For each decision, write the approved action, owner, due date, and source of authority. If the group cannot decide, record the missing information and the person responsible for obtaining it. Never treat silence as approval for a sensitive change.
Do not discuss an individual employee's private matter in the general meeting. Move customer or product-specific details to the approved channel. The OSHA safety meeting guidance can help frame safety discussions without replacing site-specific requirements.
Publish the notes with the next shift's materials and carry open actions to the next agenda. At the end of the month, remove recurring topics that no longer produce a decision or useful handoff.
