Dispensary training record tracker

A training tracker answers what a role requires, who completed it, what evidence exists, and when the requirement must be refreshed.
List the role, topic, source SOP or rule, trainer, completion method, due date, and refresh cadence. The shift handoff template can surface coverage gaps. Use the compliance calendar for recurring requirements.
Record completion date, learner, trainer or provider, assessment where applicable, and document location. Restrict personal information to what the process needs. A calendar invitation alone is not proof of completion.
Give overdue requirements an owner, interim control, and next date. Do not silently mark them complete; review recurring misses for scheduling or unclear role definitions.
OSHA’s training resources provide authoritative general workplace context; apply cannabis-specific requirements separately.
Assign one accountable administrator, with managers responsible for team completion.
