Dispensary social media approval checklist

Social posts move quickly, but the approval decision still needs a record. A short checklist lets the writer and reviewer work at the same speed without skipping the sensitive parts.
Every factual statement should point to an approved source or current internal record. Confirm location, date, hours, and event detail. Remove language that implies an outcome the business cannot document.
Confirm that the team has permission to use the image and that no customer, license, label, or private screen appears without approval. Check alt text and crop behavior. Store the source filename with the final post.
Open every link on mobile and desktop. The destination should match the promise in the post and use the current canonical route. If the post is location-specific, verify that the location is visible on the destination page.
Save the final copy, asset, platform, scheduled time, author, reviewer, and status. Mark changes made during review. If a post becomes urgent, the authorized owner can approve an exception, but the record still needs to explain what changed.
