A local profile does not need a new post every day to be useful. It needs accurate information, a clear owner, and a schedule the team can maintain.
Use one theme for store information, one for educational content, one for service reminders, and one for community or team updates. Keep each theme inside approved claims and platform policies. A calendar helps only when the reviewer knows what is allowed before drafting begins.
At the start of the week, check upcoming hours, events, links, and source material. Draft posts in a shared queue with the intended date and location. The approver should review regulated language, prices, promotions, and any image that includes a person or customer area.
Record the final text, image filename, URL, date, and approver. Retain the source for claims that may be questioned later. When a post expires, mark it closed rather than silently changing the record. This helps the next writer avoid repeating an old offer or outdated schedule.
Track profile visits, link clicks, calls, and questions that reach the store. Compare the result with the theme and location, not just the number of posts. If a post creates repeated confusion, retire the format and update the underlying information.
DispensaryVA can own the content queue, approval handoffs, and archive while operators keep control of final publication. Learn about marketing operations or contact us.
