Cannabis dispensary content refresh workflow

Refreshing an article should improve the page a reader lands on today. It is not a reason to change the date while leaving old claims, broken links, and thin sections in place.
Start with pages that have declining clicks, outdated information, broken routes, or a clear gap in the topic map. Record the original URL, query intent, owner, and reason for the refresh. Do not change a strong page without a specific improvement to make.
Read the whole article before editing. Keep sections that answer the question well and note claims that need a source or authorized review. Compare related pages so the refresh does not take the same angle as a nearby article.
Update the title, description, headings, examples, internal links, image alt text, schema fields, and conclusion together. Test every link. If the topic has changed enough to require a new URL, create a redirect plan and record the reason.
Run content and link checks, inspect the rendered page, and ask a second person to read the first screen. Record before and after dates, files changed, validator output, and reviewer. This makes the next refresh faster and keeps the page history understandable.
DispensaryVA can run a daily article queue and maintain the evidence behind each update. See SEO improvements or contact us.
