Cannabis Operations

Vendor problems often live in email threads until they interrupt a store day. A scorecard turns those experiences into a reviewable record without pretending every supplier can be measured the same way.
Record the vendor, service, location, review period, contract owner, and source records. Use a small set of categories: delivery accuracy, communication, invoice quality, documentation, and issue resolution. The categories should describe observable work, not a general feeling about the relationship.
Attach a purchase order, delivery note, invoice, or support ticket to any low score. Note what happened, the expected result, and the agreed next step. Avoid scoring a vendor from memory. A dated record makes the conversation fairer and gives the internal owner something to act on.
One late delivery may need a correction. Repeated missing documents may need a contract review or a new receiving control. Keep exceptions visible for the next review period, but do not inflate the scorecard with every minor message.
The review should produce a short action log. Assign the action, due date, evidence of completion, and escalation route. If the vendor handles regulated records, the authorized operator should approve changes to the process and access.
