Privacy PolicyTerms of Service

DispensaryVA provides administrative support only. Licensed operators, authorized managers, and qualified professionals retain all regulatory, product, clinical, financial, and legal decisions.

Published October 12, 2026. Maintain source, approval, audience, channel, timing, and retirement evidence for regulated promotional copy.

Create one copy record

Store the proposed language, channel, location, intended audience, product or service reference, effective period, source claims, required notices, and approval owner. Administrative support may coordinate the file; qualified local reviewers decide whether language is lawful and appropriate.

Substantiate every claim

Link price, availability, terms, dates, eligibility, product information, and comparison claims to the approved source. Remove or qualify unsupported language rather than filling a gap with marketing intuition. Do not create health or therapeutic claims.

Control versions

Give every draft and final asset a version, approver, approval date, permitted channels, and expiry. A design change that alters meaning returns to review. Archive superseded files away from the active publishing folder.

Verify the live placement

Compare the published text, links, dates, disclosures, and landing page with the release set. Record channel, timestamp, URL or placement, and any propagation delay. An approved draft is not evidence that the live execution matches it.

Retire on time

Schedule removal and verify it across all scoped channels. Track stale promotions, unauthorized edits, broken terms links, and delayed removals. Use findings to improve calendars and approvals, not to bypass jurisdiction-specific review.

Responsible use

This material supports lawful administrative operations only. It does not replace jurisdiction-specific legal, regulatory, safety, security, privacy, tax, labor, or professional review. Remote support should work only within written permissions and should never direct regulated product handling or transactions.
